The BWF is advertising for a Communications Manager to work at its office in Kuala Lumpur.

Reporting to Chief Operating Officer the Communications Manager is responsible for Managing the BWF Communications Department and together with the Communications Officer (and any possible interns) manage the communications area. This includes developing/implementing BWF Communication Strategy (together with various stakeholders), advising all BWF internal stakeholders on communication issues and all communication related matters, both internal and to all BWF external stakeholders.
Furthermore overseeing and driving BWF communication activities related to press releases, contact to Media organizations, servicing at BWF Events, communication with Institutional stakeholders, BWF websites (BWF CMS) and New Media activities.
The Communications Manager will also be responsible for the drafting of memorandums, newsletters and information sheets.
